Visited Newey's on recommendation from a friend and glad we did. Bev was fantastic in helping us choose a replacement engagement ring for my wife as her one from 38 years ago no longer fits properly and the diamond was very small as it was all I could afford at the time. Bev talked us through different cuts of diamond and settings to find the combination my wife wanted and then we went for lunch, came back 2 hours later and the new ring was ready to go. Superb service, helpful but not pushy, and my wife is over the moon! Thanks Bev.
Great choice for a Jeweller. Dropped in today to have my wedding ring resized up a couple of sizes. A honest price for an honest job, less than half the price of a quote of a high street jeweller and done in less than half an hour. Greeted by very friendly staff, no pressure at all and spend as much time as you need with them. We purchased a ring too for our son and the lady who took the sale was very polite, professional and patient. Highly recommended. Thank you
I can't thank Newey's enough they not only made and delivered my rose gold wedding ring within 10 days they also made and delivered a rose gold diamond band within 5 days. Workmanship is outstanding just like the customer service. Staff lovely and friendly can't do enough for you. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed. Over the moon with my wedding jewellery too that was also purchased from Newey's Jewellery.
Great service from Angie. We came in having no idea about rings or what we wanted, and she took the time to explain all options, gemstones and rings. Not pushy at all. The Mrs chose a gemstone she liked and she ordered us some more to come back and view, and then the ring was made in less than two hours. All together incredible service and we are both happy with the rings, prices and how each staff member treated us. Thoroughly recommended. 10/10.
